Cancellation policy

At Dooldeals.in, order cancellations are handled with clarity to keep the process fair for both customers and operations. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation only before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the cancellation request.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, the cancellation will be accepted and a refund will be initiated.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests made through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If you still do not wish to keep the product after dispatch, you must accept the delivery and then follow the process mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted only under the conditions stated in that policy.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may require confirmation through call or message before dispatch.

If a COD order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to restriction or removal of the COD option for future purchases.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
Refund credit time depends on the bank or payment provider and may take 3–7 business days
